Ellen Salter Midfield Ellen is now in her 8th season with the team. After playing at right back for the first 4 seasons she moved to right midfield in 2008/09 to great effect and has since altered between right and left midfield. Ellen is very quick, a tenacious tackler and an excellent distributor of the ball. Honours include 2004/05 Manager's Player of the Year, 2005/06, 2006/07, 2008/09 and 2011/12 Players' Player of the Year. Ellen represented Herts County for the 4th year in a row during 2011/12 and was also a key member of the unbeaten League Under-16 Representative side in 2011/12.
