Frankie played for Panshanger FC from 2008 until 2010, and then signed for Hatfield Town from 2010-2012. Like her sister Anna, Frankie started as a right back, but it soon became clear that with her pace and dribbling skills she is better suited on the right wing. HGFPL Shield winner 2010-11.

Frankie was picked for the U16 HGFPL Rep team in 2012, and was awarded Most Improved Player at Hatfield Town for 2011-12.
