Jess Poole Defender/Midfield Jess signed for Hatfield Town Girls in 2010-11 as a centre-half, and established herself in the team very quickly. She had previously played for St.Albans Rangers (2008-09, 2009-10), and Harvesters 2007-08. Jess is a no-nonsense Centre Half who is one of the best headers of a ball in the League, and won numerous Player of the Match awards during her two seasons with Hatfield Town.
