It was a tough afternoon for an inexperienced Leverstock Green side as they were beaten 5-0 at home by fourth-placed Biggleswade United.
The Leverstock Green side turned in a great defensive display to frustrate high-flying Biggleswade F.C. and earn an excellent point from a 1-1 draw at Pancake Lane on Tuesday night.
A second half goal saw Leverstock Green beaten at home by the division’s bottom side Stotfold. Three players, two from Leverstock, were sent off in the last few minutes of the game.
