Race night rescheduled
Please note that the Race Night scheduled for this coming Saturday has been cancelled, and has now been rescheduled for Saturday 11th March.
Club statement
Brian Barter has relinquished his post as Chairman of the Club. It has been proposed by the committee that the position will be taken up by Nicholas Christou and an Extraordinary General Meeting has been called for Monday 19th September to formally elect Nicholas as per club rules.
BT Sport installed in clubouse
We now have a full BT Sport subscription, so all of the 5:30 pm Premier League games will be available to watch in the clubhouse this season.
Race Night
The next of our popular Race Nights will take place at the club on Saturday 10th September with a 7:30 pm start. £5.00 admission includes Sausage & Chips. Become an owner for £5.00 per horse – see any of the committee members for details.
LGFC donates to KitAid
Leverstock Green F.C. donated 11 previously used kits to KitAid this afternoon.
News from League AGM
The Spartan South Midlands League AGM was held yesterday, and Leverstock Green F.C. came away with the Napier English Electric Cup for Sportsmanship. The club was also awarded a cheque for £250 for coming second in the Respect table.
