Leverstock Green FC Development are still looking for their first point in the Herts Senior County League, but they came closer to getting something in their fifth game than any of the previous games. After a goalless first half at Colney Heath, Leverstock took the lead ten minutes into the second half through a free kick from Daniel Lodovica. The punishment should have been worse for the Colney Heath side, as the free kick was awarded for a foul on a Leverstock player who was clean through, but the defender only got a yellow card instead of the expected red.

Leverstock held their lead for 15 minutes, but in the 70th minute Colney Heath equalised through Jack McShane, who netted the rebound after Jamie Donovan had saved a header. The game looked like heading for a draw, but in the 89th minute McShane got his second to win the game for Colney Heath.
