Match Report

Leverstock Green’s Under-18s produced another outstanding result as they won 3-1 at St Albans City in the Second Qualifying Round of the FA Youth Cup on Thursday.

Two quick goals from Sam Brewster in the 12th and 14th minutes got the Green side off to a great start, and Lucas Hammer added a third just before half time. The home side pulled one back late in the game but it was too late to stop Leverstock progressing to the Third Qualifying Round, where they will face an away tie at Chelmsford City on a date to be arranged.
